I moved from NY about 8 years ago with my Honda Odyssey Mini Van. JR at the Honda Dealer has serviced my vehicle all these years. I trust his advice, recommendations and guidance. I drove my van for 190K miles until the second transmission died a in September. I was able to speak to JR (Even though he was not on duty) in order to get his advice regarding the mishap. Jr Disbrow is my go-to guy at your dealership. He is quick to answer my phone calls and provide me with helpful answers. I have owned 3 Honda vehicles and through the years my service at Brandon Honda has been great. JR Drisbow has been the glue that has kept us together. I've been coming to Brandon Honda now for 10 years (I have a 1998 Civic with 221K miles). All the Service Specialists are just wonderful, however, Jr. Disbrow stands out just a little more for me. I recall one problem I had a few years ago where I had to bring my car in a few times for a noise it was making after some belts were changed out. On the third visit, I worked with Jr. He came out and listened to the car with me and when I picked up the car it was no longer making the noise. She was purring like a Honda again!
