Larry Larose is in my opinion the definition of good customer service. He was very friendly and knowledge about the honda civic that I was interested in buying. The easiest car buying experience ever! As soon as we were in the market for a second car, we went back to Grant at Brandon Honda. We were able to take care of most of the details over the phone and thr were in the market for a second car, we went back to Grant at Brandon Honda. We were able to take care of most of the details over the phone and through email (plus got our insurance lined up with USAA and our financing done with NFCU), came into the dealship, and drove away less than an hour later - and that's after a test drive and getting all the paperwork done completely. I'd definitely recommend Grant, Robin, and Brandon Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. More
