On February 16, 2013, upon my arrival at Brandon Honda, there was a Gentleman standing outside. Very professional and pleasant, he welcomed me to the dealership and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was there to see Mr. Hassan. He directed me inside to the receptionist. The receptionist called for Mr. Hassan and within a few minutes he was there introducing himself to me. He has a very professional and upbeat personality. He seated me so I could complete the application. He immediately offered me a bottle of water. After I completed the application, he asked me what type of car I was looking for. I told him I was interested in the 2010 Accord EX grey on grey or silver on grey. I had seen it online. He looked it up. It was still there. He said the inside was more of a charcoal rather than grey. He showed concern and asked me if that was okay, since I said grey. We went outside to look at the car. I have to tell you, I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. He literally explained everything about this car to me from top to bottom, front to back, inside and out, and under the hood. He stressed the safety of this vehicle. He really knows and enjoys his job. Often, he would ask if I had any questions or concerns, which he answered very thorough. Then came the test drive. As I was driving, he explained a few more things and asked me how the car felt and if I was comfortable. When we got back to the Dealership, he asked me what I thought. AWESOME CAR!!!!!! He started the paperwork. There were a few things I didn't understand. With a smile, he patiently took the time to explain and make sure I understood. As he was having the car detailed, he took me to the back to see a Gentleman for the final paperwork. He was very professional, patient and friendly too. He repeated and explained whatever I didn't understand. I had a very good experience from the beginning to the end. Mr. Hassan is an asset to your company. Our experience with Marc Mankin and Frank Vitale was exceptional. We are from California and purchased a used truck. Hassan was very friendly, not pushy, he listened to my concerns and did not make me feel uncomfortable, he understood the budget that I had to work with and he respected that. Hassan was wonderful to work with. We were very pleased from the initial phone call to driving the car off of the lot. We went in knowing what we wanted and didn't get the, what I've found to be typical, from the initial phone call to driving the car off of the lot. We went in knowing what we wanted and didn't get the, what I've found to be typical, attempted upsale, trying to add additional features etcetera. He was more than helpful in helping me understand all of the nice features of the 2012 Honda Civic and also offered a bit more of his time if I needed it to go through them with me a bit more thoroughly. I loved the facility and everyone who I worked with from the manager to the last stop guy for all of the paperwork. This has by far been my best experience in purchasing a car. Bo explained all the major features of the CR-V and answered all our questions. He went out of his way to get us the CR-V we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. Since we had to wait for our new answered all our questions. He went out of his way to get us the CR-V we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. Since we had to wait for our new CR-V to arrive from another dealer, Bo allowed us to use one of Brandon Honda's new CR-Vs to go out to get dinner instead of waiting around at the dealership. I definitely would rely on Bo the next time I buy a Honda and I will recommend him to my friends. More

Excellent, excellent experience! My husband and I decided to just go test drive the Honda Pilot and we ended up walking out the door with a brand new SUV a few hours later! The sales representative, Sean Walsh, was knowledgeable and attentive to our questions. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. However, the deal thay gave us was too good to pass up! I would recommend Sean Walsh to family or friends! The sales manager, Ferris Hamdan, was extremely honest and willing to work with our budget. I never had a sales experience so easy in my life. We had already decided before arriving at Brandon Honda which car we wanted. We had visited another dealership closer to home the night before, where we had to lasso someone to take us on a test drive, eve which car we wanted. The difference upon arriving at Brandon Honda was immediately apparent. A courteous staff member came to welcome us as we got out of the car, and when we said we had an appointment with Ed Seymour, he left to page him. Ed greeted us promptly in the showroom, was friendly and knowledgeable, and took a lot of time showing us different models - both new and used. He worked with us to get a price on the car we could live with, and didn't pressure us to buy a new car over a used model. We also heard positive feedback over the coffee machine about their service department from another customer, and we are looking forward to giving Brandon Honda continued opportunities to earn our business in the future.
