He took all of the stress out of buying a new car ! I will recommend him and Brandon Honda to all of my friends. The Business Manager, Jennifer Saltz was fantastic as well. At first I did not want to add any extra warranties to my vehicle. She patiently explained the additional warranties to me and I did add additional coverages. I honestly felt that she had my best interest at heart. Neither her or Demetrios were pushy in any at all, I would have immediately left the dealership if this would have been the case. For all of the above reasons I rate this dealership and Jennifer and Demetrios as Excellent in every category. More

My wife and I visited Brandon Honda on April 4, 2004, just to take a look at the new 2013 Honda Accord. Although we were in the market for a vehicle, we have never made a purchase on the first visit. As we got out of our car and started to casually look at the vehicles on the lot, we were greeted by Demetrios Mina. Demetrios is a consummate professional. He thoroughly understands the product and he used a practical approach to explain the features of the different models that we looked at. Very important to us was the fact that he did not use any high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. We knew that his goal was to sell us a vehicle, but he did not use the typical tricks that we have experienced from salesmen in the past. Demetrios really, really, understands customer service. We quickly sensed his humility and quiet competence. Demetrios introduced us to the store manager who was extremely personable - we had about a fifteen minute conversation with him. He also introduced us to the finance manager. My wife and I have purchased our share of vehicles through the years, and although we have had good experiences, our experience at Brandon Honda ranks at the top. Excellent overall experience!!! Went online just to see what would be a good choice for our needs and put in our information. Ed Seymour not only sent us a email but also called to see if we would like to come in and test drive what we our needs and put in our information. Ed went above and beyond what you would expect anyone to do. If the car he showed us did not work he went out of his way to make sure he found one that was not just what we needed but what we wanted. He kept running back and forth bringing not just one but three different vehicles down and we did go for a test drive. Trusting sole letting me behind the wheel. My husband and I are sure no other dealer would have went to this extent to make this a seamless and as painless as possible to make us feel not just like any other customer but a treasured customer. Honda Ed is and shows what Customer Service and Sales are all about not pressuring us in anyway but making sure he handled this with professionalism and sincerity. When I went to Brandon Honda, I didn't know what to expect. I had never bought a car before and was very hesitant to shop. I visited the dealership twice. Then on my follow up visit, Arthur got me into the vehicle I had been looking at. He did a fantastic job of explaining to me what the cost of the car was and helping calm any fears I had about purchasing a new vehicle. He took the time to help me find the car that would best suite my needs when I explained it to him. He also went the extra mile for me when I spoke to him about a lingering smell in the vehicle. To be honest, I do not think I would have bought a new car when I did if it hadn't been for Arthur helping me through this process. I would have walked away and still had my fears and doubts. He was completely up front and honest and got me into a vehicle that I really love and enjoy. If any of my friends and family ever need to get a new vehicle, I would tell them to go to Brandon Honda and ask for Arthur Pier. More

Sean Walsh spent a considerable amount of time showing us vehicles and trying to work out the best deal for us.
