I have been putting off purchasing a new vehicle for some time now simply because the uncomfortable 'car buying experience'. After choosing what exactly I would like and finding the perfect model for me listed on Auto Trader at Brandon Honda, I set aside a Saturday and attempted to prepare myself for the torture to begin. I immediately noticed something was different about Brandon Honda when I was not descended upon by vultures as soon as I shut my car door. Instead I was cheerfully greeted by Mr. Bland after being allowed to stretch my legs and have a look around for a few moments, not long, but long enough! Mr. Bland was amazing, no pressure was all I could keep thinking. It was only after looking the vehicle over, and a nice test drive that Mr. Bland asked about a trade in, requested a key, and even explained the trade in evaluation before leaving me for a few moments to begin the process. Other dealerships visited prior to Brandon Honda have immediately requested a key before even looking at a model to purchase, and then I had to fight with them to get my keys back to leave. Mr. Bland gladly returned my key when asked so I could get something out of my vehicle... again amazing! From here Mr. Bland put together a reasonable offer, and took the time to explain everything to me. When asked about financing I was introduced to Mr. Erten who again blew me away, after discussing financing options and available extras, allowed me as much time as necessary to think this large decision over. Again, I felt no pressure to make an immediate decision, or to buy and extra service that I did not want. I am an incredibly happy owner of my first Honda, and will gladly recommend Brandon Honda, in-particular Mr. Bland and Mr. Erten to all of my friends and family. Bravo, and thank you for a pleasurable car buying experience! More
I mostly do my own service work on my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. However, my knowledge mostly only goes as far as doing oil changes, air filters, and other basic things. I took my car to have it's oil done this time so that I could have them inspect my brakes while I was there at no extra charge. While I was waiting I also went to the parts desk and inquired about how much the brakes would cost me to buy and install myself. The man who helped me was very courteous and not only gave me the price but also a diagram that shows the assembly of the brakes front and rear. I had no appointment and it still only took 45 minutes to get it all done and while I waited they had on the Rays game. Very good service. More
I was traveling north from Punta Gorda on May 5 when my bluetooth would not work. It screeched every time I tried to use it. My GPS showed your dealership as the closest so I stopped at your dealership a bluetooth would not work. It screeched every time I tried to use it. We have been customers of Brandon Honda since 2005 when we purchased a new Honda Odyssey. From the time we first entered the dealership, we were treated like we mattered. Since we bought it, we have been treated very courteously, and received nothing but superior service on the vehicle. When we decided to trade the Odyssey, the salesman we dealt with, Alfredo Belandria, was very helpful without being "pushy" and did everything he could to help us in both the selection process, and getting us a fair price. Both Ramon Aviso, Internet Sales Manager, and Tim Ousley, Finance Manager, were very courteous, patient, and helpful in the purchase process. Tim Ousley sincerely had our financial interest as a priority, and got us the best rate of interest etc. in the market. We have had nothing but a positive experience, not just with this purchase, but for the entire past five years as customers of Brandon. I will not hesitate to recommend family and friends to go to Brandon, and specifically the people we have dealt with, including Tim Sexton, the Service Advisor who has worked with us on the service of our vehicle. I started with the Internet and found this dealer to be very eager to please..They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They also met my terms on my trade and gave me a fare price..All in all very eager to please..They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I got back several "automated" responses via e-mail, but only one 'real' response from Ramon. It included the base information I needed, he followed up w/ a phone call, I stopped by for a test drive, ended up taking a car home to show my wife, drover her and the car back to the dealership that night and signed the paperwork. Having been in sales/sales management for 35 years, I know what to look for in good customer service. Ramon was receptive to me and my needs, didn't try to push any upsells, but got me into an LX from a DX. Answered all my questions, consise with the numbers, and answered all of my wife's questions as well. He did an outstanding job!! Dan even took the time to come over and chat with me, to make sure everything was going as I expected it to. It was nice of him to take the time to visit w/ me. Tim made the volume of paperwork seem easy, explaining everything as we were signing, and going over everything in a clear, easy to understand manner. My overall experiance was amazing, far better than I expected, and I will definately tell all my friends about Brando Honda, and be a customer of their's for a long time. I have worked in Automotive Sales for over 15 years, and recently got out of the retail end of the business. It was very interesting being on the other end of the experience for a change. After shopping at over 10 dealerships throughout Tampa, Brandon, and Lakeland, I decided to check out Brandon Honda and see what deals they could work on a new Honda Accord. Fernando and Billy worked the numbers MY WAY and showed me everything before I even went out on the lot. I did not want to waste their time looking at vehicles that I did not think were a great deal. Fernando even took the time to locate several vehicles that had all of the SPECIFIC options that my wife wanted on her new car and offered to have it here for me to test drive within 24 hours. No commitment was asked and only good will was offered. My salesman, Chris, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made my wife and young daughter feel at ease. He made the process fun and went above and beyond to make sure that they were comfortable and well taken care of. It was nice to see that my original good deal, stayed that way when I went back to meet the finance manager and finish up the deal. There were no surprises and no game playing. Like I said, I have seen lots of deals go horribly wrong over the years and have seen tons of trickery in this business. Brandon Honda is as straight as they come. I am already talking to them about replacing my Ford Edge lease with a new Honda Pilot when it comes due. You have to check them out. More
My family decided to go buy the Honda Odyssey. The day we went there we were undicided between the Pilot or Odyssey, but Cris Aviso Made it easy for us. Showed us different models and their features. This is first for me and my husband, after we signed all papers, Cris Aviso introduce us to one of their service manager who will be in charge of my account. Over all the experince was good and would definetly reffer some one to Brandn Honda. More

I'd avoid this dealership. Finance director Andy J was very rude. He was like FORCING me to sign the rate. He was so like 'in my face'.
