Jr is awesome! When I make last minuet appointment he always takes care of me. Keeps me up to date with my maintenance and is honest about the work that needs to be done; I always have a coupon and he ma always takes care of me. If I stay on the premises he makes sure I'm OK, offers me something to drink or the snack the are provided. When I'm in a time crunch he tried his best to get me out as quick as possible without rushing the work on my car. Very friendly and welcoming and doesn't make anyone feel intimidating to ask a general question, very professional when dealing with multiple people and acknowledges my presence when I come in or he's on the phone with other and someone is in his space.. He's the best, I live by two closer Honda dealerships that offer better coupons in the mail and I still go to him because of the service her offers and my car maintenance record has been there from day one. JR Disbrow is the premier model for customer service. I have had Hondas for 10 years, and have only gone to JR Disbrow for service. My husband was so impressed by JR Disbrow, that when we purchased our se have had Hondas for 10 years, and have only gone to JR Disbrow for service. My husband was so impressed by JR Disbrow, that when we purchased our second car it was a Honda, and use JR as our car service representative. My husband was active duty Air Force, deployed constantly, and JR always worked with my schedule for maintenance and always offered a rental car if it would take more than one day. We get both Hondas maintained by JR, to include all minor maintenance, due to JR Disbrow's excellent customer service. We use texts to schedule out appointments, and JR texts us when it is ready and what the price is. More

Mr. Disbrow has consis helpful and professional Service Advisor, JR DISBROW, I purchased my current vehicle from your dealership in February 2008. Mr. Disbrow has consistently been helpful in assisting me to determine how to prioritize the various service work items I've needed and has always been able to knowledgeably answer any question I've had. I can drive my Civic with the utmost confidence because I know he communicates so well with the mechanics, is knowledgeable about the work done, how the car is made, as well as any recalls which might affect my vehicle. He is thorough. I've also seen Mr. Disbrow courteously and professionally handle several customers at the same time - quite an asset for any workplace - and certainly for all of his customers.
