Grant Hocking and Allen Berube were such a huge help with my vehicle purchase. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The experience I had with Brandon Honda was mixed which is the reason I provided a midling rating for overall experience. The reasons for my rating are as follows: 1) Initial experience: Pros: Friendly is the reason I provided a midling rating for overall experience. The reasons for my rating are as follows: 1) Initial experience: Pros: Friendly and informative sales person; Cons: Follow up requested information was not timely and caused me to research the information via internet. 2) Second experience: Pros: Friendly employees; Cons: Person I went to meet at the appointed block time was not present and the email I received inferring I missed my meeting was annoying. 3) Third experience: Pros: Professional/informed salesperson; Cons: Due to errors in knowledge and computer glitches the percevied pricing/financing aspects at moment of purchase became overbearingly annoying which caused the end of the sales process by the purchaser. 4) Final experience: Pros: Professional and friedly sale person; Cons: N/A Though I recommend this dealership (best warranties, competitive pricing and friendly staff) it is only due to the professional and educated salemanship of my final Saleperson, Tony Montesano. After my 3rd visit and failed purchase attempt I had gone to another dealership for best offer. I was willing to pay the increased purchase price that caused the end of sales with Brandon and even a little more. The new dealer had quoted a little less than the Brandon price but had zero additional warranties/benefits. Timely and laid back follow up by Tony ended with a verbal promise to buy at Brandon. Moments after my verbal promise to Tony I was contacted by the other dealer with complete matching and the slightly lower price. I declined because of my word and because instinctively, I appreciated the mannerism and professionalism of my Salesperson, Tony. I only recommend Brandon Honda because they offer the most for the least (prior to whatever individuals can work out. I recommend Tony M. for all prospective buyers because of his intelligence and understanding of what this particular customer needed when purchasing a car. He is the only reason I became a Brandon Honda customer and if my second car purchase is to be a Honda in a few months I will go back due to his efforts. More
