I received an email from you after my visit and it mentioned possibly trading in my Cadillac... We were met at the door by Hatem Shahwan. I had never met him before, and like past visits to dealerships, we were accustomed to high pressure, and often rude sales pitches.... As we talked to Hatem, our skepticism turned to calmness, and we hit it off immediately. It was by far our best experience EVER buying a vehicle.
