Pilot Touring straight off the truck Ajay greeted us in the parking lot, he knows a sucker when he see one...told us some blah blah about the pilot, then we took it for a test drive that Ajay greeted us in the parking lot, he knows a sucker when he see one...told us some blah blah about the pilot, then we took it for a test drive that was the wrong color, had very little "bells & whistles" just so he could show us a better/more expensive one once we returned to the lot. Went inside where he backed us into a corner and held us at bad credit point...meanwhile the sales manager kept giving me the "evil eye".. Not long after came the loan officer...they knew we had been suckered into the oldest trick in the book. as they were tossing dollars bills at the stippers down 60 all the way to the bank. that is a Sunday I will never forget. Seriously though, AJay the smooth salesman was awesome as the Dan the manager and Chris the numbers guy...couldn't had dealt with a better trio of gentlemen... they earned my business and glad they did. the Pilot is an awesome SUV for the wife and the daughters love the entertainment system on the way to/from school each day. More
Always a long wait I received 2 free oil changes when I purchased my new vehicle from Brandon Honda; apparently so did everyone else in the Bay Area because it takes hou I received 2 free oil changes when I purchased my new vehicle from Brandon Honda; apparently so did everyone else in the Bay Area because it takes hours for a simple service. Whenever I go I have to pull up to the service area and wait for someone to come to my vehicle; I end up waiting no less than 20 minutes in my car before they even know what service I'm there for. When they do finally take the car then it's a few more hours inside where you wonder if you've been forgotten. When you bring it to their attention that it's been over 2 hours for just a simple oil change they then say your vehicle is ready, just to hand you a paper and send you outside back to the Bay Area to wait more. When I purchased the vehicle the finance manager sold me a prepaid maintaine package to have all of my oil changes done there - I am regretting that purchase! More

We found Brandon Honda on the internet and chose to go there to purchase because their price was lower than any other dealer that we contacted. We called; left a message and received a call back and quote from Priscilla within 5 minutes. We went up on a Sat. and met with Priscilla & Lucy. The specific car we wanted was not on the lot but they were able to find one, have it delivered to the Brandon lot, and ready for us to pick up the following Wed. (4 days). We couldn't have asked for anything better; they were fantastic. And, the attention given to us while at Brandon Honda by Priscilla and Lucy was amazing! We will definitely refer friends and will return for another car when our lease is ready to expire. We have purchased cars over the last 50 years and can honestly say this was our best experience with a car dealer. More

Great buying experience I returned to Brandon Honda as a repeat customer. I purchased a 2013 CRV ex-L 2 1/2 yrs ago, but was now interested in a 2016 CRV Touring. Chris Hal I returned to Brandon Honda as a repeat customer. I purchased a 2013 CRV ex-L 2 1/2 yrs ago, but was now interested in a 2016 CRV Touring. Chris Hall and I had been communicating for a few months and he knew I was "wanting" a new CRV but didn't "need" one. He never pressured me or overfilled my email or voicemail boxes. Finally, after doing lots of homework on my trade-in and purchase price I was ready to make a visit to Brandon Honda. Chris met my husband and me ready to show me what I wanted to look at. Chris and I (husband stayed behind) took a test drive, not just around the block, but onto the interstate system. Chris explained the features of the CRV Touring as we drove. He was very knowledgeable and never talked down to me. He is a very personable young man. After we returned to the dealership Dan Jordy joined in for negotiation of the deal which included my trade-in. We collaboratively came to a deal which in the middle, I changed my color choice; no worries. Even though the new color choice I wanted was next to the front door, Chris went to the back lot in the pouring rain to retrieve a vehicle which had never been among the public; "2 rows back" he said. That was a great big deal in my eyes! The paper work was processing as a complementary lunch was eaten by my husband and I. Soon Chris had us with Jim Turner completing the necessary paperwork with signatures. Though we drove off in the pouring rain my day was very "sunny". 2 days later Chris called to check on me and my new CRV. If you are in the market for a vehicle, please ask for Chris Hall. He is an exceptionable you man and will take great care of you. Thanks for a great buying experience. More
