After a short wait (the place appeared very busy) we were introduced to Ron. Ron, from the beginning, was extremely friendly, courteous, and very professional. I told him we were interested in a Honda Odyssey, either new (2015) or year end 2014. It needed to be at the "Touring" model trim in order to have the items that were of interest to us. Ron said there was one 2014 Odyssey Touring model left on the lot. We looked at the vehicle, drove it, Ron explained many, many features of the vehicle that we were not aware of. We liked the car a lot and commenced "negotiations". I had a 2012 Toyota Highlander to trade. We relatively quickly came to agreement on its trade value. With the assistance of Sales Manager Jerry James we agreed to a price. Before leaving Ron went through all the instruments, accessories, etc. and we drove our Odyssey home. Brandon Honda is very fortunate to have an employee of Ron's caliber. With his personality and knowledge the sky is the limit for him. The whole process lasted less than an afternoon, from walking in the door to driving the car away. I can see using Brandon Honda in the future for the maintenance that we may need, as I had been doing with the previous car. I was "upside down" in my current vehicle and not sure if I could purchase the car I really wanted. John worked with me and provided me with several buying alternatives. I found the perfect car and John made it all happen. The car was a late model Accord with very few miles. He made me an offer "I couldn't refuse". John spent several hours going over every detail of the car, set up my Bluetooth connection, helped with the XM radio set up, and beautifully detailed the car.
