Not only did we explain that the specific CR-V you were looking at did not come with the Honda factory installed remote system, we added a genuine Honda remote start accessory for you, at no cost to you, after your purchase. We also gave you the opportunity to cancel the deal/transaction and return the vehicle, which you declined. While carrying a second fob may not be the most convenient, it does give you the option on the CR-V that you were wanting. While we are very sorry that you are still unhappy with the overall experience, I am unsure what we could do at this point to satisfy you.
