Easy upgrade! I had my 2014 CRV LX in for an oil change last week. Over the weekend I received a call/email from Hatem explaining that I was eligible for Brandon Ho I had my 2014 CRV LX in for an oil change last week. Over the weekend I received a call/email from Hatem explaining that I was eligible for Brandon Honda's Vehicle Upgrade program. He said he could work with me to get me in a 2016 CRV or other Honda model if I preferred. Sounded too good to be true but I figured what did I have to lose? Worst case I keep my 2014 CRV which I loved. Hatem met me Monday at my convenience. I asked if I could look at the EX model. I loved all the great features compared to the LX but figured It was out of my reach but Hatem made it happen for me! Hatem is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable. I felt comfortable with him right away...we all know how stressful buying a car can be. Before I knew I had my 2016 CRV EX and absolutely love it! We ended up going to the secondary lot to find the right Accord. He was very knowledgeable on all the packages and options. Vaughn Hebertee then help us with the various finance options.
