When they couldn't get my road loans deal structured in the way they thought was best they literally did EVERYTHING to get me in with a regular bank. Mind u my income isn't spectacular & I have like no credit. I was there for 5 hours but the Time flew by because they were super attentive & gave us food ;) anyway... I left with a 2015 civic with affordable payments that included warranty gap everything. Yea they're the best. The end. More

There was a bit of a communication issue with the salesman and I, but when the sales manager stepped in everything ended up working out just fine. Mohomed, and Clayton did everything that they needed to do to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and that I left happy. I purchased the vehicle and all was well, but to date I still have not received the regular plate for my vehicle. A month after purchasing the car my temporary tag expired. I reached out to Brandon Honda via their website's chat feature and was told I would be contacted by someone in the finance department to help resolve my issue. A short while later I was called by the original salesman stating that he had been given my name and number as a potential lead to purchase a vehicle. He recognized my information, and realized I wasn't looking to purchase another car and told me I could come back to the dealership to get another temporary tag and that sometimes it takes a bit longer than a month to get the permanent tag. This didn't really surprise me as my friends had had similar issues with it taking awhile to get their permanent tag, so I figured I'd go back to the dealership to get my 2nd temporary tag. Upon arriving at the dealership the receptionist told me that someone should be coming out momentarily to assist me. 45 minutes later no one had come out, so I went back to the receptionist desk and talked with someone else and she said that she had no idea I had been waiting and flagged someone down to assist me. I asked if everything had been filed to get my tag, and without looking anything up told me that everything was fine. I got my 2nd temporary tag and was on my way. Slightly annoyed but on my way. I'm now within 2 weeks of my 2nd temporary tag expiring and still no license plate. So I contacted the DMV to see if there was an issue. The representative that I spoke to said that the title still showed as pending and that Brandon Honda had 30 days to get this all sorted out after the sales date. We are now almost 2 months out from the sales date and it still shows pending. She asked if I had talked to the dealership and I told her that I did when I got my 2nd temporary tag, and that they had said sometimes it takes longer then a month and that was it. The representative from the DMV told me I needed to get in touch with the dealership to have them figure out what the issue was, as I'm only allowed 2 temporary tags. I contacted the finance company as well just to make sure that all was well since I was told it was a title issue, but they confirmed that everything was fine on their end and that I needed to contact the dealership. I then call the dealership and they transfer me to someones voicemail. I leave a message, and then I call the original salesman, and he tells me I need to reach out to the dealership and that he will call me back in 2 hours to let me know what he's found out. I call the dealership back and without missing a beat I get someone on the line at the dealership telling me that they received my information as a lead for someone looking for a new vehicle. At this point I again explain that I haven't received my license plate and that I want to speak to someone about that, and not have someone call me back trying to sell me a car! All I want is the plate for the car that I purchased from Brandon Honda almost 2 months ago! They give me another phone number to call and off we go again. The number they give me is apparently their offsite team who deals with the titles and tags. So finally after an hour on and off the phone I'm finally able to contact someone who can potentially help me. I end up speaking to someone named Courtney, and so far she has been nothing but helpful. I explained to her my situation, and the run around I've already been given. She explains that she needs to get in touch with someone who is in a meeting, but as soon as he is out she will get the information from him and call me back. I tell her that I better not receive another call from someone trying to sell me another car, and she assures me that she will be the one calling me back and that it definitely won't happen. Approximately 30 minutes later she calls me back and explains to me the situation. She explains to me what was going to happen, and that if this whole process takes longer than my temporary tag is valid for they will do whatever they need to do to make sure that I am still able to drive my vehicle. We agree that I should contact her again directly in about a week to check on the status of everything. My biggest question is that if I hadn't reached out to Brandon Honda about this issue, would this issue have ever been noticed or resolved? If my 2nd temporary tag expires and I end up getting pulled over for an expired registration I will not be happy. Hopefully this will be figured out soon, and I won't be given the run around again, or be called back saying they received a lead that I want to buy a new car! More

Bob Hovorka is a hard working, dedicated individual with integrity. I had no idea the service plan that we bought, contained coupons that allowed us to have services for free. But he did, and he remembered. I went in for service fully expecting to pay for my car to be detailed and a 10K mile check-up. Not only was there no charge, but the automated car wash was down for service, but they hand washed and waxed my car...who does that?? Brandon Honda...you have a very loyal and happy customer. I was treated to a meal as I filled out my financial application and began the negotiation process. My salesman, Mohamed Essa, helped me get the deal I wanted on both my trade-in and new purchase. He stayed late with me to make sure I understood the tech of the vehicle and how to use it once the deal was done. I am very happy with my new car. Denise Dupelle helped me understand the finance side of things. Staying late to finalize things, she helped quell my nerves about waiting until monday for an official APR (when the banks would re-open) by contacting someone she knew to process my application and give me a better idea of what I was signing up for. More
