He was most willing to assist me in any way possible. He went above and beyond. I decided to purchase a used Nissan Sentra. Ken Koslaw (I believe was his name) who prepared all the paperwork was equally impressive. He took his time and explained everything. I have to return the car this week for some minor body work (scratches to be removed and to be detailed). Hopefully it will be as pleasant then my car buying experience. The minute we arrived at the parking lot we felt welcome by Michael Cobb, he immediately offered us bottled water and sat down to discuss our leasing options. In less than 1 hour we had a good offer to trade my current lease for a new 2015 Honda Accord. When we ran into a stumble block because they did not have the exact vehicle we wanted and they had to get it from another dealer, Ron Wright (Internet Sales Director) came into the picture and helped us get it and sweeten the deal. Ron made sure we were happy and exceeded our expectations. The same thing happened with Mike Joiner in the finance department; he was pleasant and courteous. More

EXCELLENT- NO PRESSURE I called about pre-owned Honda Odyssey's and spoke with Remi. He told me to come on down and see him and call when I was on my way. I did. He met us there, took us for a test drive, and made the car buying process very easy, very relaxed, and no pressure. We ended up leasing a 2015 Odyssey.
