I checked with him at about 10:15 since I hadn't heard anything, and he was still waiting on info from the service dept. He let me know what was happening at about 10:30, and I was on the road by about 11:15 or so. Also, car wash was down, but I wasn't expecting it to be washed before I arrived. Overall, very good experience. More
