There is a huge selection at this dealership and chose them because they are rated #1 in the Tampa Bay area. After picking out what I wanted, Hasan went to work getting all the paperwork and figures together. The entire (stress-free) process took about 2 hours and I would recommend using Hasan because he is very knowledgeable with the Honda models. More

I called and they said to come right over- I had no appt and the place was packed but I was greeted with very pleasant people that acknowledged me as soon as I pulled in and got my information and got a work order written up. They had a lot of cars ahead of me so they asked if I needed a ride or a loaner car. What great customer service! From the service team(Jeremy) to Melissa at the cashier desk I was very happy with this dealership, as well as Chris in sales who came up to me and asked how he could help me. I will most likely purchase my next Honda at this location. More

Mike Hudak greeted me with a warm friendly smile and explained the 60,000 mile package that would reduce my cost and made sure I received any discounts that would defray my cost. Very courteous and professional. Alison Westrate was tenacious in ensuring the cleaning of the newer vehicle I purchased that day was immaculately detailed although the normal staff had left for the day. She stayed and finished the job so my newer vehicle was completed and gave me my next scheduled maintenance date prior to leaving the dealership that night. Exemplary service, warm smile,, 100% professionalism. I mean it could be months that I've been there and or she could be multi tasking behind the desk and still be pleasant to me or others that Ive seen her help. She always goes the extra mile and takes the time to explain my charges for service when i need explaining, and she is just a pleasant person that makes a visit to Brandon Honda a pleasant one. Personally they are all very nice in that department as they are in service.
