Very Kind and not Overly Pushy I came in today just to browse as my old civic is extremely "long in the tooth" so to speak. I was greeted with a smile by Winchel who was kind to show me any car I wanted to look at and took plenty of time with me. He was not overly pushy for the sale nor was he aloof. The same went for Gus as I started working with him. He too was exceedingly pleasant to work with. Basically, I was treated to what car-buying should be and seldom is. When I go to buy, I'll be dealing with Winchel and Gus for sure. More

Always Find a Solution I purchased a new 2015 Accord from Jackie at Brandon Honda. I really wanted a manual transmission sedan and they are getting hard to find, saw they h I purchased a new 2015 Accord from Jackie at Brandon Honda. I really wanted a manual transmission sedan and they are getting hard to find, saw they had and went in that evening. By the time I got there it had been traded it to another dealership. Jackie suggested we drive a 2 door manual and then the sport CVT model that I wanted. They offered to get one from another dealership the next day. My trade had an issue that they wanted to check out but the service department was already closed for the night. They let me borrow the 2 door for the day so they could keep my trade to check it out. The next day Jackie called and said the issue with the trade was not as serious as they thought and they would give me another $1000 for it. That closed the deal and the car I wanted was there by that evening. Through everything I felt Jackie was on my side and wanted what was best for me. More
