Return a lease and get another one. I was at the end of a lease. So, I went to the dealership just to shop around and make a decision. Pleasant and Honest We went there with the idea of just a test drive and to test drive a couple of "other" brands and styles. I owned a Honda Civic that we got at the same dealership in 2008 (new), but what truly sold me and my husband, was not only that the car sold itself with it's great reputation, but that our sales person was NOT pushing the sale. He was VERY informative, he is knowledgeable/proud of what he does and said "This new Honda Accord is beautiful and very nice to drive, please, try it out and see for yourself!" No B S ing, no frills, just talked about the car and the important points of the car. So, he sold us a car! And when I got home, I had learned everything about my new wheels, inside and out! All a great experience and we're pleased! Since it's really my car, I'M PLEASED! Thank you Hasan and to the Manager Tony too for making sure we were happy with our new bill! ;) More

What i thought First i would like to say That this is the Internet and you cant believe all you read or Hear. Second i would like to say it is not unheard of That Big Business pay people to go on the internet and Write reviews. That doesnt mean that every review is fake, But the General population is too lazy to write a Review for things. Now the actual review of the dealership. I filed an internet Credit application around 9am. After which somebody called but i didnt know the Number. I checked the Voicemail and called it back Which was Mr. Cobb, We Talked and he said i should have an email about the credit app, when i said i didnt, And i didnt wanna come there unless i knew, he said i was prequalified. Mr. Cobb was gonna Text me for Directions for the Dealership. Afterwards i sent a text message to the dealership bout the Car to get an Email from them. All of the Above i never recieved. I Told Mr. Cobb that i "may" come by after i finished with my Stepdaughter. Fast Forward to 1:30pm and i get done and check my email through my phone, and i had recieved 2 Emails from Mr. Cobb. Neither were what i wanted, and i still hadnt recieved the Text message for the Directions. I had my Son try and contact them But he was given the Run Around and Mr. Cobb wasnt Available. I Called back shortly After and talked to Mr. Cobb. I Told him he never emailed me and he said "Yes i did". I said ya 30mins ago and those arent the info i was looking for. Mr. Cobb asked me why i wasnt there yet when i said i was coming in at 2. Even tho i never said that. I said May come in. I wanted info before i made the long drive out there. He SAid he could not give me any information about my credit unless its in person. He gave me a few things over the phone about the car but was more interested in selling me a 2003 Nissan which i specifically said i did not want. He Said i should not buy a car unseen, And i replied with i wouldnt do that anyway. I know for a fact i want your 2009 Nissan Maxima and nothing else. I had Previously Driven 1 for 3yrs. He Got Pushy asked me to come in Right away which i wasnt gonna do unless i knew i could walk away with the car i dreamed of. I Told him that we had a previous engagement and could not make it today and he got snippy saying they might get rid of the car before than. I told him thats fine ill go to another Dealership which again he didnt like. We ended the convo there. 24hrs Later i get a voicemail from someone else asking if i was gonna make my 3pm Appointment that i never made. I laughed it off and decided to tell my story on here. I was disrespected, pushed around, and got Talked too like i was stupid. Im sure other people have had a similar experience but just havent Rated them. But i am going to go ahead and say this is the worst car shopping experience i've ever had, and will not ever be going there again. If you did take time to read this Thank you and warn you to be wary of this place. More
