After calling around to other dealerships I found that they had the best deal. When I went back to make the deal I was given in writing, Gary did not hold up on his end. I began working with Will Shupe and Sam. Both gentlemen were amazing! Made a wrong right and were willing to do what it took for the deal to take place. I would recommend anyone I know looking to by a car to Will. He made my experience so much better and has been great with setting up the window tint and other services. He has even called to ask how things were or if we needed anything. All of their sales guys could learn a thing or two on how to treat customers from Will Shupe!!!!! I'll only go back for him! More

Car is a lemon I bought a Honda Pilot in 2010 at Brandon honda with a so-called lifetime powertrain warranty. The car has had multiple problems including an entire e I bought a Honda Pilot in 2010 at Brandon honda with a so-called lifetime powertrain warranty. The car has had multiple problems including an entire engine tear down related to excessive oil consumption and misfire. Engine short block replacement was recommended. Instead, service department would only replace piston rings. After the engine was supposedly repaired, the car continued to burn up to 3 quarts of oil in a month. Service department refused to replace the short block despite inadequate repair of the engine and a lifetime powertrain warranty. Be warned, do not buy a Honda from this dealer. They do not care about the customer or problems related to faulty parts. More
