Both are warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable. The information I learned from Mohammed relative to the Honda vehicles was superb. He took the time to listen to my wife and I, and explain even the most complicated inner workings of the vehicles. He is also is incredibly personable. Lucy was quick to call back and always available to answer any and all questions I had, and also was very personable. The ONLY reason I didn't purchase a vehicle from Brandon Honda was because the vehicle options I wanted were not options available on the CRV Touring. More

professional and attentive I only visted the Honds dealership to cashin a gift card althought in the past I had alot of trouble this time was different I spke to him on the phon I only visted the Honds dealership to cashin a gift card althought in the past I had alot of trouble this time was different I spke to him on the phone to set up a time he was busy when I arrived but had already had a agent ready for me she was courteus and we looked at the numbers and I was suprised I could actually afford a new car this was my first new car since i have brught uded quite a bit. After I did a test drive and felt how nice the carwas to drive (very smoth and adequate acceration)I madea dicision to buy a new car I was a bit nevous because my tade in was paid off and is nice to have a car that is paid for but after looking at the numbers realized I ould afford it. I have already recieved commnets an how nice the car looks( got a great blue color) my car is very important for my job so was a wise purcahse. The only thing is there is no free inside wash or something of that nature uner the agrement i.e. you compettoprs will wash the car you purchase inside and out at no charge for the first two years or so that would be a great sevic since getting dirt on the car is a forgone conclusion is gonna happen. I was a little miffed there was no veterans discount either I am a disabled veteran and though he did thank me for my service sincerly I di not get a discount for it.
