He arranged a prompt on-time delivery of our new vehicle and even provided an opportunity to meet some of the support staff who would be preparing our CRV for delivery. The quality and the friendliness of the staff is hands down the best I have ever seen. This visit was no exception. My 2013 Honda Accord EX - L with Navi and all the bells and whistles, was totaled last week. The car had only 24k miles on it. I came into the dealership convinced that I wanted an exact replica of that vehicle. My husband wanted us to look at different vehicles. We took the HR-V out over night, and decided it just wasn't for me. So, Bill came in on his day off to help us and Kaitlyn was keeping us up to date by text. When we came back to do the paperwork to get the 2017 Accord EX-L with everything, one of your other sales associates was showing the CR-V EX - L with Touring and Nav to another customer. I asked Bill could I look at this one while he was running the numbers for the Accord. I fell in love. Bill was blown away...lol This vehicle is the best of both worlds. A ride that is as comfortable as the sedan, but with the roominess of the SUV. Bill and Kaitlyn worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Thank you both. Job well done Honda, once again. More
