Eventhough there were many limiting factors specific to my family, she quickly determined that a certain Certified Pre-Owned SUV that was on the lot would suit my needs and wants. She was very helpful, quickly answering and getting answers to my many, many questions in person and over text. She has a very professional, yet easy going demeanor and both she and the dealership have a good vibe. Kaitlyn was always ready for our appointments and respectful of my time limits. To make sure the car was right for me, with help from Johnathan Dent, I was allowed to take the car overnight. After Kaitlyn, Gino Benghazi and I agreed on the price, Johnathan even bought me a smoothie while I was waiting to finish the paperwork. Part of the challenge was communicating from out-of-state, as I was in the process of relocating, in addition to not having leased a car before. I did some limited research to prepare, but it would have been helpful to have information on the process and expectations from the dealership in advance. When I was on-site, things moved very quickly and I was unaware of all of the steps in the process. This led to having to make on-the-spot decisions about coverage for a three-year lease. It would have been helpful to have had time to determine the best financial option. Other than this, it was a great experience and the staff were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I went to multiple ones and finally decided to go to where I purchased my CRV 13 years ago, Brandon Honda. I spoke with Mr. Weiss over the phone first and right away, there was no pressure that you typically get when calling a dealership. He answered my questions over the phone without hassle or hesitation. I then scheduled an appointment for 4/2/17 to view the new 2017 CRVs. I did arrive late and Chris didn't mind at all. I test drove a couple of SUVs and finally decided on a barely used one. Now, honestly speaking, I was expecting a little change in demeanor from Chris since I went with a used SUV instead of a new one; however, that was definitely not the case. Respect and kindness were definitely present throughout the whole interaction and it's for that reason that as long as I'm able, Brandon Honda will be the place I recommend and will purchase from in the future.
