From the first phone call to the night I drove away with my beautiful new Honda Accord it was pleasant. He was friendly, professional and always prepared with my questions. I have decided on a vehicle prior to arriving at the dealership. He was going to have it available upon my arrival. While driving up to the dealership from Lakewood Ranch I called him on his cell phone. I discussed what other options he might have available in my price range. Believe it or not when I arrived 30 minutes later he had an additional 6 cars for me to look at. I was absolutely ecstatic at how flexible and prepared he was for my arrival. Sal had just had a car come in and it was there for me to look at. I ended up buying that very car. It was my price range and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Salvador for making my experience very comfortable. I will certainly send clients and friends your way. I also had the pleasure of working with the Finance Manager, Vaughn. He also was prepared and had all my documents ready. I was a little nervous about the interest rate but after talking to him he assured me that he would get me the best interest rate available ~ which he did. He really came through. Thank you Vaughn. Great Salesmen My son told me that Honda's have an excellent reputation for their reliability, quality, and service. He had just purchased a vehicle from Brandon Ho My son told me that Honda's have an excellent reputation for their reliability, quality, and service. He had just purchased a vehicle from Brandon Honda and recommended that I test drive one of their cars. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a salesman named Jonathan Martinez. I informed Jonathan right away that I was not quite ready to enter the inside showroom; and that I only wanted to view the outside stock. I did find a Honda Civic that caught my eye. We took it for a test drive and I was very impressed with the performance. When we returned from the test drive I was introduced to a salesman with whom he works with named Ajay Lund. I went into Ajay's office to talk about price and which accessories are included. I told Ajay and the sales manager, Driss Hilili that I wasn't ready to purchase and that I would come back and bring my son for another test drive. They did not pressure me into purchasing the car at that time and I liked that! My son and I did come back for another test drive the following week. I decided to purchase the Honda Civic on December31, 2015. I can honestly say that Jonathan and Ajay went above and beyond to make sure I found what I could afford. They took a lot of their time (and patience's) to teach me how to operate all the new technology and to learn all the functions. Denise Dupelle was my financial service representative. While we were going over the final cost, I told her I did not want the added Dupont protect interior which had the price of $355. She informed me that a check would be cut in that amount. (I am still waiting for this) Other then that, I am well pleased and actually thinking of trading my newly purchased car and trading it in at the end of 2017 for a newer Honda! Patricia Guerra More

A price request was sent after work hours and by the time I checked my email in the morning we had gotten a return email from Stanley Monroe. A while later we received a call from Mr. Monroe and we agreed to go to the dealership later in the day. What a pleasant experience! The structure itself is impressive with high glass and sleek lines. Each new vehicle is showcased. There's a snack bar with a decent menu and average prices (and free coffee which was really good and not boiled.) Our experience with Mr. Monroe was pleasurable. He was very kind to us seniors and didn't try pull one over on us. He has a wonderful personality and while with us he was accommodating and knowledgeable. Each used vehicle we looked at was clean and although I didn't ask, I believe Brandon Honda wouldn't sell a used car if it didn't meet their high standards. Car fax is used and was appreciated. Since we have not used Customer Service or the Service Department yet, we won't comment or rate until after we use it. More
