My best experience purchasing a vehicle After a lot of fear and hesitation I reached out to sales rep Corey to try and finance a vehicle. He made the process so easy and seamless for me. They really earned my business I hadn't planned to buy a car -- I just wanted to test drive a model that I was considering. I ended up driving by a couple of Honda dealerships on my I hadn't planned to buy a car -- I just wanted to test drive a model that I was considering. I ended up driving by a couple of Honda dealerships on my way there simply because they had stock. I actually had my eye on some rather inexpensive, slightly older models, but they made it clear that they wanted to at least try to earn my business. My test drive was painless because they were prepared for me and they didn't waste my time. They had great answers for any of my questions -- they were knowledgeable and proficient. I was open with them about looking to spend much less on an older vehicle with higher miles and a little less "clean". Al They were not dissuaded. They sent me home with the vehicle -- just to get a better feel for it and think about the possibility. ("If you don't like it, just bring it back," they said.) They crunched numbers, presented options based on downpayments, rates, etc. -- still no pressure. I took the night and next morning to really count the cost. When I factored in depreciation from age and miles, warranty, etc., my "great deal" on the internet was actually about the same price. The added piece of mind for getting a certified used car vs a used car held value as well. Overall, I was not only pleased with the dealership and the vehicle, but very specifically with the salesmen that were friendly, communicative, helpful and transparent. Thank you. More
