I did so because of my many great previous visits to my Honda dealer in the North. I was hoping that the prior visit to Brandon Honda was, perhaps, just a fluke. I wasn't let down this time and it was great to find that the service this visit was much improved. We were greeted by a young man named Auggie and he took great pains to ensure that everything went smoothly and painlessly. He promised from the onset that he would be watching everything to make sure that my car was taken care of and that my wait wouldn't be as long (with an appointment) as the previous time had been. We were in and out within minutes and everything that we were there for was taken care of and more. I will not hesitate to return to Brandon Honda the next time for my automotive needs, but will be sure to look for Auggie! More
