This is my 5th Honda in a row for our family. We have purchased a Ridgeline, an Odyssey Van, a CRV, a Pilot, and now a 2018 2nd Odyssey Van. Honda cars are reliable but their employees are the best ! I had 2 sales reps (Andre & Kendell), there was always one of them there when I went, they were available via emails, Driss from parts was available v I had 2 sales reps (Andre & Kendell), there was always one of them there when I went, they were available via emails, Driss from parts was available via ph/text and everyone from the service manager (David) to the finance manager (Shotwell) made me feel like they really cared that I was happy about my purchase ! Andre took his time to show me all the features of both cars I liked, and even programmed my phone into the system. Kendell was very useful in getting car parts and others matters organized with various departments. Driss made sure my car was ready and I got a true price and a good deal. Shotwell made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. David made sure I fell in love with my car, funny too ! More
