So, I decided that it was time for me to upgrade my 2002 Honda civic dx 2door - I'm a single mom of two and my kids are getting huge for a 2 door. In my mind frame I was looking for a used car affordable in my budget .. I went and seen Priscila, I explained to her my situation and she understood and I specifically told her it has to be manual - I have driven that all my life and I wouldn't be happy with an automatic .. she was like I understand and ill make it happen you are going to walk out of here with a new car. (keep in mind I walked in looking for a use car in a newer year, then my credit isn't that great either) But she made it happen.. and I walked out with a 2016 Honda civic lx 4 door! I still cant believe it! Priscila is beyond awesome! SERIOUSLY!! She treated me like if I was her family. She keeps it real and tells you how it is all in the positive way. She keeps it 100! When we arrived at the dealer Don Bitler greeted me outside and started showing me different options of Honda Pilots. Don Bitler than went let us take the Honda Pilot home for a day. We then decided we didn't need such a big vehicle, because all of are kids are bigger now. We then started looking at new Honda Accords when we returned the Honda Pilot. Don Bitler and Mohomed Essa worked together and had a few Honda Accords waiting for us to see once we arrived. My wife fell in love with a Pearl White 2014 Honda Accord. We test drive the car and the decision was made. Don Bitler went ahead and started all the paperwork. Vaughn Herbelee sealed the deal at the end with a great interest rate and upgrade to the original manufacturers warranty. I can say a lot more about these guys but, you would have to witness it for yourselves. I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Honda Accord. BRANDON HONDA TEAM IS THE BEST. More

AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!!!! BUT THE BEST PART ARE THE PEOPLE! My husband and I were absolutely "blown away" by everyone we came in contact with while purchasing our new Honda Odyssey Touring. Mohomed Essa called My husband and I were absolutely "blown away" by everyone we came in contact with while purchasing our new Honda Odyssey Touring. Mohomed Essa called while my husband was in the Service Dept. and proceeded to talk about trading our 2013 Odyssey Touring for a 2016. Mohomed was awesome and literally "pulled teeth" to get our deal completed. If there are any salesmen who have not taken "Mohomed's Wild Egyptian Ride," they certainly should because he not only told us about the new safety features, but demonstrated them as well. Bo Engle was a great Finance Manager and did everything to get the best deal. Driss Hilili was our After-market Manager and also was fantastic. Tiffany Ramos, our Service Advisor was so helpful, kind and informative. There were no details left unfinished or questions left unanswered. We owned our own company with over 250 employees until selling in 2009. If only we had known how to duplicate the training process of your employees, we would have been more productive.
