Overall a good experience. I wanted to give Brandon Honda 5 stars but that would mean everything went smooth with no exceptions. It didn't. Payoff amount on my used vehicle was I wanted to give Brandon Honda 5 stars but that would mean everything went smooth with no exceptions. It didn't. Payoff amount on my used vehicle was incorrect. That information should have been available. No explanation as to why it wasn't. I had to provide the payoff amount. Was told the pin stripe couldn't be put on when I took delivery. That would have meant another trip back just for that. Luckily someone became available to put the pin stripe on and it was somewhat confusing. Most of all though, the experience with Finance was less than relaxing and enjoyable. When describing the optional service plans, the presentation was too fast, with too much drawing of circles around the options and it was very confusing. Because of the confusion, I declined. I was then ask 'why'? I shouldn't have had to explain the 'why' and after I said 'because I don't want them, it was dropped". Had the texture of high pressure. Ervin and Mohomed did their best to accommodate in the sales process. Have been doing business with Brandon for about 3 years, service department does a good job. Showroom and waiting area is very nice with coffee, water and wi-fi. I would certainly recommend Brandon Honda. More

I am used to dealing with pushy car salesmen at car dealerships, but that was not the case with Parker Cook (our salesman). He was friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions. We negotiated a fair price and didn't feel he was trying to push anything on us we didn't need. The car buying experience would be more enjoyable if dealerships had salesmen like Parker Cook. He provided us with excellent service and we will be loyal customers to Brandon Honda for many years to come. More

Best test driver experience ever Went in to test drive a vw bug convertible. NOT my vehicle of choice. I was test driving it to convince my husband, I didn't like it. Needless to say, after my Egyptian Test Drive Experience with Mohamed I am now the owner of said vehicle. He helped us get out of an upside down loan with our 2011 Buick Regal and into the VW with very little effort on our part. I would definitely send folks to see him at Brandon Honda. He is very,very helpful. Waiting on a 2nd key and I'm confident Mohamed will come thru as he did with every other aspect of our experience. More
