He listened to the needs of my wife and I. We gave him our budget and he steered us in the right direction. Along with his management team David and Grant; they were able to put us in a wonderful new Honda that we were happy with and could afford. At the end, Travis in Finance squared us away in a loan that fit out guidelines. The process could not have been more streamlined. Dealerships like this make car buying exciting and fun. Not impressed.. It was not the experience I expected based on all the reviews and research I did online. I was given one price online and when at dealer it was change It was not the experience I expected based on all the reviews and research I did online. I was given one price online and when at dealer it was changed several times. I expected negotiation and price haggling if going from higher to lower but not from a lower price to higher price. In which was the reason I chose this dealer over all others. It was busy Saturday which was expected but it was a very unorganized process. At signing of documents I found terms and price where changed again claiming they could not get what was originally offered. I actually considered walking away from dealer more than once due to the terrible service provided. In the cafe servers were rude and we were ignored for 10 min before I finally asking one of them if I can order something. I visited many other dealers for over 6 months after shopping prices and service I came to Honda because of the quality and features of the vehicle and the reviews stated online. I was not impressed as I left with a higher payment than expected to pay, shorter term than what I was offered , higher price than quoted via pure price online, and a terrible customer service experience. I expected to wait long but not to experience substandard customer service from such a well known dealership who prides themselves on high service standards. More

More than an oil change I took my 2012 Honda Accord in for a routine oil change and came home with not one but two Honda vehicles, a CRV and a new Accord Coupe. My husband a I took my 2012 Honda Accord in for a routine oil change and came home with not one but two Honda vehicles, a CRV and a new Accord Coupe. My husband and I knew we were eventually going to look at them and I just expedited the process. My previous salesman now is a manager and he referred me to Hassan Slim who was a no pressure salesman. I test drove the CRav and knew that was right for me. My husband came in and test drove the Accord. We met with Chris Abde the manager and then with Bo Engel who took care of the financing the first time. He was very helpful and very efficient. The process was a great experience and I absolutely hate car shopping. Needless to say my husband and I are very satisfied Brandon Honda Customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they are very courteous and professional. I give them a 15 on a scale of 1-10. More
