We selected the car and they gave me top dollar for my trade which helped swallow the negative on my car, which in turn made it possible to purchase the new one. He then connected me with Dj and Lucy whom were great on showing me all the details my car offered. Although i came in preapproved Denise in finance was able to get me an even better apr percentage rate. Overall the staff was very helpful and were willing to work with me to gain my business. Prior to going, I made contact with Chris Hall throug After looking at a used vehicle online, I decided to go into the dealership to see it in person. Prior to going, I made contact with Chris Hall through the internet link. He honored my request to stick with texting initially. Upon arriving, the car had not yet been cleaned and I was not able to test drive it. Nevertheless, Chris made me feel comfortable enough to sit down and run through numbers. I drove away with the car about an hour later. There were several issues that I discovered later. I brought them to his attention. He connected me with a service advisor who agreed to take care of the problem. Because of issues with the bank for a used car, there was potential for me to have to come out of pocket to pay for the issues. However, the dealership worked with Chris and I ended up having everything fixed at no expense to me. I was also given a Brandon advantage customer membership at no cost to me. Months later, Chris still checks in with me to see how I'm doing with the vehicle. He has always been friendly and is quick to respond. Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone I dealt with. And although the dealership and a few staff could use an improvement with some of their methods/service styles, they have a winning point with Chris Hall. He's definitely a 5 star salesman! More
