The first time we bought from this dealership we worked with Hassan Slim. He was EXTREMELY aggressive and loud. My husband is very non confrontational and had to ask him to back away from me. I guess Hassan didn't like the fact that I was willing to challenge the prices I saw. The second visit we worked with Mohammad and didn't see anything in our price range. We left and have been bombarded with calls ever since. When he calls, he isn't offering better prices, he is telling us that we need to spend more. So..... when we can't afford to pay a couple bills... can call you to help us out with those? No. So don't tell me to go above my budget. Overall, a very stressful environment. The icing on the cake is the rude receptionist. She is rude to everyone. I'm not sure how she got the job she has... The ONLY good thing is the guy in charge of service. His name is Grant. Phenomenal. He makes stuff happens. He listens. The only reason this review gets a 3-star rating is because of Grant. If not for him, I would give this a 1 all the way. More
