Amazing Experience! :) I was really on the fence, I was just going to look and think about it a little longer. Jackie Olson followed up with me every other day and I finally I was really on the fence, I was just going to look and think about it a little longer. Jackie Olson followed up with me every other day and I finally came in to look at the new 2016 Honda Civic. I liked the 4 door I had seen but when I saw the coupe I loved it. I didn't think it would be possible to complete the transaction, I was upside down in my current car with a ridiculously high interest rate. Michael Dichiara was patient, understanding and really helpful. Between he and Dan Jordy there was no way I wasn't driving out in a brand new car with a payment I could manage. I really appreciated them making me feel comfortable and going way above and beyond to make this happen.
