We test drove 3 vehicles and ended up buying a Honda Accord from the showroom. We are very happy with this purchase. Don and Jim made it a fun experience. I am 77 years old so I have had a number of experiences dealing for cars. Starting with the salesman, Hassen Slim. He was just great and it was nice to see that he was listening to what I was saying about what I was looking for. I did not feel any pressure at all. After telling him what I was looking for we were off to the car lot. The CRV were looking for came in three different packages. Hassen explained in depth the difference along with the cost of each different package. All of my questions were answered with confidence that the salesman was familiar with the product. No smoke screen. After driving the one we finally leased, I was wondering if the Accord was a better option. Again full support of Hassen all questions were answered so it was easy to make a final decision. In comes Randy. Sorry I don't recall his last name. I explained my desire for how much I wanted to pay. Randy ran the numbers and came back with a figure I was not pleased with. Again, no pressure to accept the offer.
