Amazing Experience Just to get this out of the way - there is a certain inevitable characteristic of the car-buying process that just is and always will be unpleasant. You're there for a long time, you're negotiating back and forth, you get impatient, etc. Even that fact could not have sullied my memory of purchasing this car from Stanley Monroe at Brandon Honda. He is not the type of salesman I have grown accustomed to dealing with at car dealerships. He's not pushy, dishonest, condescending, arrogant, disingenuous, or impatient. I have never met a more knowledgable, hilarious, warm, considerate and accommodating salesperson. He treated us like human beings - friends, even - instead of a paycheck. We were there for a long time trying to work out a deal that would suit our needs and limits, and Stanley never gave up and never grew impatient. On more than one occasion, we watched him run from one end of the dealership to the other because he was helping us and another customer. This experience would not have been the same without him. I love Brandon Honda as a dealership - their cafe and lounge is clean and abundant, they have wifi, their staff is always pleasant and gregarious, and their inventory of cars seems practically limitless. But Stanley's personality is what pushed this experience over the edge for me and convinced me that I will always return to Brandon Honda for any of my vehicle needs. I know we were probably not the easiest people for his management team to work with (we had a budget we could not stray far from), but even they were able to finally offer us what we needed and make this into an unforgettable and exciting experience. That's when Don Bitler showed up, and asked me what he could do for me to reconsider buying the vehicle. When I shared with him about the scratches and small dent, he absolutely assured me this would be taken care of.
