Making Car Buying Easy Let me preface this by saying 8 years ago when I got my first car, the salesman I dealt with at Brandon Honda turned me off to the entire dealership. Joel has completely changed my mind about the entire process. I started my day out across the street at Toyota, and they promptly found a way to shoot themselves in the foot and get me off their lot. I decided to give Brandon Honda one more shot, and the first person I saw was Joel. He was upfront, honest, genial, and made the entire process completely pain free. Joel is very well spoken, personable, and took the time to explain everything to me and go over all my options. I didn't feel any pressure at any point in the process, which, im sure you are saying "no way, that's not even possible!" But, let me tell you I wouldn't say it if it was in any way untrue. Joel has made buying a car a truely enjoyable experience, and I would recommend him to ANYONE with the inclination to purchase a new car. I am thoroughly happy with my brand new 2016 civic, and just as much so with my experience at Brandon Honda, all thanks to Joel. I do believe he has made a lifelong customer, and if he ever leaves Brandon Honda, I may just have to track him down so i can deal with him again; because I know he will treat me right, if not even better. But today I bought a car from SUPER SALESMAN STANLEY Monroe; his positive, lighthearted, upbeat attitude has changed my view. He is genuine, i truly believe that he was almost as excited as we were. He enjoys his profession and it shows. His price was fair and processing was smooth and the fastest ive ever experienced. Chris in processing was not pushy with the ADD ONs, he explained all the options, but let us choose what we thought was best. After leaving in my new beauty, we notice a brake light was out, we drove right back and Tyler in the service deptartment greeted me professionally, made eye contact, fixed the issue within 20 minutes, washed the car again and brought it to the front door for me. I am very detail orientation and look for good customer service, i found a winner with Ron and his AMAZING this team. I hope all future visits are as fun as today was. I told him what I wanted and there he went to check out some cars. Our test drives where very good, he was knowledgeable on the model! Showing me the buttons and whistles, tc, abs, asm, etc. He emphasizes his Egyptian decent, so we put his driving skills to the test. I'm not gonna to say we went Arab drifting, but we had a blast.
