He knew his inventory well and knew what each model highlighted and was able to show off the various models well. I met David on the lot, and after that he kept popping in to check on me and my friend to make sure our questions were answered and the process was moving. David, thank you for my mud flaps!! :) Financing with Julian was fun...I know right? Julian worked very hard to get me the best deals and did not push every extra offered, but explained them and let me decide. Overall my experience with Hatem, David and Julian was the best car-buying experience I have ever had ( and I have bought 9 new cars in my life). This was number 10 and it was a 10 in experience. I will definitely recommend and return to Brandon Honda. More

BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD I went in worried and concerned about buying a suv/car. But my sales guys Justin was the most kind, understanding, informative, and patient sale pers I went in worried and concerned about buying a suv/car. Then when I went to see Jeremiah the finance manager he was just as understanding and working the deal for me. He has a great personality, patient, kind, and understanding also. What a personality!!!!! As a matter of fact I have a friend coming in to look for a car/suv and I told him to go here and deal with Justin/Jeremiah. They are my JJ team. Thank you guys great job and the most important thing is I LOVE MY SUV. I can't not brag enough about my experience. I will say it was a long wait but I will tell you it was well worth it. Considerate and Convenient Experience! I emailed and spoke with Jackie to find out if they had the HRV there for a test drive. They not only had the vehicle, but they had it in the model, I emailed and spoke with Jackie to find out if they had the HRV there for a test drive. They not only had the vehicle, but they had it in the model, color and interior style that I was interested in. After the test drive my sales person, Andre, took the time to go over all of my options for the vehicle and for my financing. It was late when I arrived at the dealership, so in consideration of how tired I was, we rescheduled for my return to continue with the purchase the next morning when I was well rested. Everyone was very accommodating in answering my questions throughout the process as this was my first new car purchase EVER! Brandon Honda might not be the closest to my home or office, but they have earned the extra miles I will travel to bring my car in for servicing in the future. I would highly recommend a visit to Brandon Honda and don't forget to ask for Andre Silva when you get there! Thanks so much, I LOVE MY HRV!!! More

Fast and Friendly Due to my work schedule, I can only take my car for maintenance around 5:30-6 during the busiest times, as that is when most people get off work. The young men who greet me when I arrive are always friendly and helpful. My advisors have always been friendly and honest. My most recent advisor was Ken who explained to me the process and my cars current needs, he did not try to haggle me or try to convince me into something I do not need. My car is always returned washed and vacuumed. I had a lot of sand in my car form the holiday weekend, which I felt bad about, but the vacuumed it all out. I will always go to Honda for my car needs.
