Mosrati both first and second time did not rush me in and out of the dealership or try to sell me a car that I didn't like, i went from one car style to another from one side to another used cars to new cars and not once did I have mosrati made me feel unimportant, I felt like the buyer and he gave me the attention I like, he answer the questions about the style, the make, and the in and out of the cars which I appreciate for my knowledge and what I wanted to buy. We did hit a rough patch because of the price of the first car I liked but just because that car did not work I still end up buying a new car which was over and beyond of what I expected I end up getting the CRV Honda love it and the price was better than the first one overall I was happy in the end!!Thank you mosrati!! Amazing Customer Service We went to Brandon Honda after test driving several vehicles at Toyota. We were immediately greeted by Sal and made arrangements for a test drive. Due to time constraints we had to leave prior to a deal being reached. After finding a different vehicle in their online inventory, I contacted Sal the next day to see if it was available. He quickly got back to us that it was; we came in and he got us into the car we wanted at a great price. All of the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable making the entire car buying experience the best we've ever had. There's even a cafe in the lobby area. No stress or high pressure tactics. Signing the paperwork with Bo was a breeze and he brought our attention to additional services that were available. We recommend Sal Manalili due to his honesty and being willing to work to get us the best deal possible. More

BEYOND PHENOMENAL I have never met a salesman that was actually about the customer instead of making a sale. Will and I did most of our details via text and email throughout the day, he went out of his way finding a car at another dealership to meet my family and financial needs. When I went into the dealership after work he had all the numbers ready to go, and then went 2 1/2 hours out of his way in rush hour traffic to make sure I drove away with that vehicle. He went out of his way and reached out to me after the sale MULTIPLE times to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the service, and then when I had to take the car to get serviced the next day, he made sure they made my car a priority and got it done 100%! Awesome Buying Experience I had been in a rental car that Honda provide for about a month due to the airbag recall. Once I went back to pick up my car everybody was wonderful i I had been in a rental car that Honda provide for about a month due to the airbag recall. Once I went back to pick up my car everybody was wonderful in getting my CRV and helping me load my "stuff" back into it. However I had an email about finding out how much my CRV was worth, and I had been looking at the Odyssey. I spoke with Grant and he was great and gave me the price of the Odyssey and what the trade in would be for my CRV. Went home spoke with my husband and came up with a price that we were comfortable paying. On Saturday they were jammed packed with people but Grant immediately came over and spoke with me. We were able to work out a deal and he set me up with Slim B. Slim had me test drive the minivan and then got the paperwork started. Being a new mom with the baby at home they moved everything along as fast as they could, the only problem was detailing had a long line. He asked me what I wanted to do, I decided to come back on Monday to have the car detailed. I called to let him know that I was on my way. He met me at the front door took the keys and gave me a bottle of water. Grant popped over to see how everything was going. Since I had the baby with me I was walking around pushing the stroller and Tyler from services (he helped with the recall) asked me how I was doing. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. Everybody was super sweet and helpful. More
