Excellent Customer Service I received a Safety Recall letter from Honda in July 2016 regarding the replacement of the passenger airbag inflator and called on July 27 to have the I received a Safety Recall letter from Honda in July 2016 regarding the replacement of the passenger airbag inflator and called on July 27 to have the parts ordered. I was told that it would take 1 to 4 weeks for the parts to arrive, so called again on August 24 to check on the status and was told they hadn't come in yet and that Brandon Honda would call when they did. I called again this past Monday, September 19 for an update and spoke with Venus Sanchez, who apologized for the delay and then checked and said the parts had arrived and scheduled an appointment for yesterday, September 21. She also advised that it would take 2-3 hours, so I brought my car in at 10:00 am. I then called again around 2:00 pm and tried to reach my service advisor Bob Hovorka, who was on the phone with another customer, so Venus said she would check with him and get back to me, which she did around 2:30 pm. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills and thanked her in person when I checked out. I also met with Bob, who has been my service advisor in previous visits, before leaving for a review of the work that had been done. He has always been courteous and attentive, and was again yesterday. When I left and was just 15 minutes down the road, my air conditioner began blowing warm and then hot air, so I shut it off and tried adjusting the temperature, which was at the lowest possible setting when I left the lot, but it still was not working properly, so I turned around and called Bob to let him know what was happening and that I was coming back. But while driving back and speaking to Bob, the A/C began working again so he said to monitor it and let him know by email if it continued to do so today, even though it was his day off. So far, so good on the A/C, and again I appreciated him wanting to be advised. More

It's A Pleasures Doing Business With Brandon Honda We bought a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring car from Brandon Honda on 9/15/2016, and this was at least the third (if not the 4th) car we have purchased fro We bought a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring car from Brandon Honda on 9/15/2016, and this was at least the third (if not the 4th) car we have purchased from this dealership - and there are several reasons we keep returning. One reason is that we got a great car and a great deal. Another is the folks who work there know how to treat their customers. Grant Hocking, the Quality Assurance Manager, is super knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and exceptional at his job. Jerry Meany, who has previously sold us two cars, is now the Internet Manager, and he easily guided us through the features of our new vehicle before sending us to Chris, who did the paperwork with us. Buying this car was pretty painless compared with other car-buying experiences we have had at other dealerships. We have always had excellent service from Brandon Honda. They are really dedicated to making the customer happy - everyone at this dealership is very dedicated. We really can't recommend them highly enough. They deserve more than 5 stars! More

Ron Wright was awesome to deal with on the price, and we feel like we got the best price possible. Actually buying the vehicle took longer then the process of finding it. We are very pleased with Brandon Honda, and will gladly driver the hour drive there to buy our next car. I do not like car dealerships, but this one was different. Looked at the new Ridgeline but a lot more than we wanted to spend at this time. He showed us a used Ridgeline that had just been traded in. We purchased it. I am very pleased that he did not try to pressure us into the new vehicle but got us exactly what we needed and were looking for. You don't find too many car dealers who will actually listen to your needs and then do what they can for you. I will recommend them to anybody shopping for a car and you can rest assured that our next vehicle purchase will come off their lot. More
