I keep coming back because of the sales team and then of course the service team led by Scott Parker. My regular salesperson no longer works there and it was a delight to now have Kevin Stone. He was professional, entertaining and truthful about the car. While I am disappointed in my trade in value I still bought the 2015 Focus hatch Titanium. I will continue to deal with Brandon Ford and recommend to my friends. My only complaint is that there are still people who want EVERYTHING on the car. Disappointing that the rain sensor wipers have been eliminated from the Focus and the Brandon Ford did not have a Focus hatch with park assist. More
