I have had two prior visits to Brandon Ford for service and neither of those visits can compare to my recent visit. Mr. Vescera was very professional and courteous. He recommended only the services my vehicle needed and made sure a recall service was completed during my visit. During my previous two visit for service, none of the two prior advisors were very attentive or customer focus at all. They did not look to see if my 2014 F150 had a recall. They did not recommend any future maintenance or other best practices for maintaining my truck. If you need help with maintaining your new or used Ford product, please ask for Mr. Giorgio Vescera.
