I own a Mustang Mach-E that was purchased at another dealership because of very limited availability of these vehicles. I scheduled a service appointment at Brandon Ford to address an issue with a fron dealership because of very limited availability of these vehicles. I scheduled a service appointment at Brandon Ford to address an issue with a front camera and a recall of the panoramic glass. The lady on the phone was great and arranged a loaner vehicle (talked to a manager) because the service was going to take all day. I arrived at the service center and was greeted by nice people until Marty got involved. He was rude right from the start, didn't even introduce himself. When he found out I purchased the vehicle at another dealer, he said I couldn't have a loaner. This guy has no business interacting with the public, incredibly rude and arrogant. There are two other Ford dealers nearby my house, so I won't be going back to Brandon Ford to purchase or service a vehicle. More
Unfortunately I have to at least give one star, otherwise I wouldn't. My experience with Brandon Ford is typically good, however it only takes one time to completely ruin a relationship. We all know the stigma that dealerships are generally more expensive than other mechanics, and it's true at Brandon Ford in Brandon Florida. But I felt extremely comfortable taking both my Fords there for service anytime they needed it from oil changes to large issues. That all changed this weekend, and I will never take another vehicle to this dealership ever again. Over the weekend I made an appointment with their service department to get my transmission looked at, we all know that when transmission is involved that it's not only going to be lengthy, it's going to be expensive. I had an appointment for Monday October 11, 2021...however I had to drop off the car early on Saturday (since they are not open on Sunday and I had to work early Monday morning). With this being a transmission issue, I knew they were going to have my car an extended period of time, so I simply asked Marty, the service advisor if they would give me a loaner car until my car is fixed. This is very typical of my previous service advisor if the car was going to be in their possession for a few days. So I kindly asked Marty if this was a possibility. After a few back and forth comments he stated "Look, you can either drop off the car with us, our you can simply take it with you, but I am. not giving you a loaner." I have spent a great deal of money with the service department at this dealership and I knew that the transmission was also going to be very costly, and so I took the conversation to the Service Manager, Lisa. I got a call from her 3 days after the fact and her basically telling me that Ford changed it policy back in January of 2021, yet I have had two services done since that time and both times received a loaner vehicle from my service advisor. Lisa was very dismissive and basically told me that there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to escalate this to Ford I could. This has made me not only want to never do business with Brandon Ford again, but also reconsidering purchasing a Ford period. I would stay far way from this Ford Dealership especially the service department. They want to sell you the cars, but the customer service unfortunately stops once you pull off the lot. I will never again take any of my vehicles to this dealership, and I will use my social platform to also ensure that everyone knows about their business tactics at the service department over there. Very poor quality customer service. More
I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Brandon Ford. I ordered a new Bronco which took several months to arrive. When I ordered the vehicle Brandon Ford was tacking on a $795 Dealer Fee which I th Ford. I ordered a new Bronco which took several months to arrive. When I ordered the vehicle Brandon Ford was tacking on a $795 Dealer Fee which I thought was shameful of them, but with their high volume, I hoped for a better chance of getting the vehicle sooner (turned out not to make any difference). The Bronco did finally arrive but between the time I ordered and the time it arrived, Brandon Ford increased their Dealer Fee to $1295. After waiting for more than a year for the vehicle I had little choice but to pay the $1295 Dealer Fee or walk away. I have a reservation for a new Ford Lightning that I am going to move to another dealership. I would highly recommend you go to almost any other Ford dealer instead of Brandon Ford because of the ridiculous non-negotiable $1295 Dealer Fee they tack on to every purchase. Simply avoid Brandon Ford and look elsewhere. More
Ilaisa Taloa was extremely helpful! I've only owned Ford vehicles so I went to Brandon Ford because I trusted the brand. Ilaisa was incredibly helpful helping me upgrade my old car to a SUV as my family is vehicles so I went to Brandon Ford because I trusted the brand. Ilaisa was incredibly helpful helping me upgrade my old car to a SUV as my family is growing! I would recommend him 100% as he kept it real and gave advice from a parent perspective. He was also super cool to chat with throughout the car buying process. Go to Brandon Ford and work with Ilaisa. Tell him Allison sent you! More
I have purchased two. Trucks from brandon ford. Called service on a friday to have the glass replaced in the sunroof. Service said they had the part and would take about three hours to replace. Truck was there for a week no part had to order part. Picked. Up my truck without it being repaired. I will take my business some where else where i will be treated with respect and not lied to. Oh and i will not buy my next truck from Brandon Ford. More

It was totally disorganized and I had an appointment at 10:15 Saturday and they told they couldn't look at F250 until Monday. April Lowe is literally the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with!! She went above and beyond for me and helped me find the exact part I needed for my explorer that no one else seemed to be able to find! dealt with!! I had a scheduled appointment of which was made specifically so I would not have to leave my vehicle for hours. When I arrived for that appointment I was met by Doug Wilder in the service departmen specifically so I would not have to leave my vehicle for hours. When I arrived for that appointment I was met by Doug Wilder in the service department. He was the rudest person I’ve ever met at Ford. Because of him I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to Brandon Ford. I will be going to Sarasota. Their service department actually cares and is more developed than the one in Brandon. I would not recommend going to Brandon Ford for anything. More
