Easy and quick I had a bolt in my newly installed right rear tire. I had no appointment but they were able to take me in anyways. Outstanding - as usual!!! I've been bringing my vehicles to Brandon Ford for almost 20 years now. First because of the location being near my job, and later because of the con I've been bringing my vehicles to Brandon Ford for almost 20 years now. First because of the location being near my job, and later because of the consistent outstanding service I get. It starts with my service coordinator Rob Lopez. He is without a doubt the best I've ever dealt with and he's my go to guy! This last visit required the dash to be removed to replace a solenoid. After it was finished, there was a very soft flapping noise when the blower motor was at full speed. Rob and the guys took care of this right away and I was back on the road in no time. Being a fleet manager myself, I deal with numerous service facilities across the country. Brando Ford has the best Service Department I've ever used and the main reason the customer service Rob, Joe the Service Director and the rest of the staff show their customers. More

65MPH Blues I had my car in for "The Works" oil change and service. The service was quick and well done as usual. The next day (Saturday) we were going up I75 and I had my car in for "The Works" oil change and service. The service was quick and well done as usual. The next day (Saturday) we were going up I75 and I noticed some vibration when I hit 65mph. I contacted Scott on Monday so I could have my tires balanced. I came in Thursday and my car was done in less than an hour. I've been dealing with Scott over 4 years now for service and I have never had an issue with any of the work that Brandon Ford has done.
