My boyfriend and I needed a truck ASAP and other dealerships were not as helpful as Brandon Ford. He showed us the “second chance” lot and we fell in love with an amazing 2018 F-150. Even though the driver side window needed to be replaced, he made sure the parts department was on top of it for ordering and made everything so easy and hassle free. The biggest issue was the lack of timely communication. Would take multiple calls on my end or waiting til the next day. Pat was responsive but blown off by the others. And I was ready to buy. Yesterday I was looking at cars I came to brandon ford because I bought my last here in 2016, something must of changed because I was not treated the way I was last time, I asked to see a car which was lo because I bought my last here in 2016, something must of changed because I was not treated the way I was last time, I asked to see a car which was locked so I was in able to see the inside from the inside, I showed interest in the vehicle and asked to see the numbers on the car out the door, the sales specialists started giving me numbers off the top of his head. I wanted to go inside and talk to finance, I had my own loan with mid Florida credit union,that I know works directly with this dealer and cash to put down if I needed to, when we did run the numbers I noticed the year of the car didn’t match the year of the one I was looking at, the sales specialist informed me he was wrong on his info and assured me it was the car we were looking at, after not feeling comfortable with the out the door amount and little help with trying to work a deal and not being able to speak directly with finance my self, I left, when I got home I just wanted to see the car I was looking at because I was sure it was a 2014, so I looked it up and sure enough, I was receiving a quote for a car I wasn’t even interested in, the sales team wasted my entire day pretending to be finance and not even paying attention to the vehicle that I was interested in. I spoke with (Sam) Alami about this incident he told me he was the top sales manager and he would try to help me out, Sam was just as bad basically starting the whole process over and and trying to finalize a deal with an hour left in the day with no test drive and inspections done on the car. After all this and It’s the next day but I’m not interested in buying any vehicle from this place and will forever recommend nobody else’s does as well More

Just bought a 2020 expedition max platinum. Zoran and Lyle were great and had the car ready to go. The process was very quick and easy from the start. Ryan is the expedition master. We wound up with a brand new truck in our drive which is great. However, the tag on our second car had been disabled and couldn't be driven. The dealership said they couldn't do anything and didn't. Absolutely no help of any kind. Perhaps if a little thought had gone into the process of tags, the whole issue could have been avoided. Get them out as quick as possible. For two months our second car was untagged and unable to be driven. No help or concern from Brandon Ford, I finally have two legal vehicles. More
