I called Brandon Ford on Sunday morning and asked for a used car specialist and was connected with Brandon Garcia and I'm glad I was. He was superb; walked through the lot and gave me all the information used car specialist and was connected with Brandon Garcia and I'm glad I was. Brandon worked with his manager and got us a great price on a used Lincoln MKX and a very good price on our trade in. I went back with my husband for the paper signing and delivery of the car. Upon the inspection of the MKX the dealership noticed that two of the tires were worn and insisted on replacing them which was done today, Monday and a few other things that needed corrected plus Brandon filled my gas tank which no one does for a "used" car. Everyone was pleasant and accomodating and I couldn't be happier. I must add that Brandon was just the big hi-lighter on the whole deal. He could not have been more helpful, pleasant and patient; I just can't think of enough positive adjectives to describe him; just completely great!! And I thank you Brandon.
