We made the quick decisions to look at cars, we were driving a 94 Saturn manual transmission - as you can tell it was WAY time to get a new car. We were offered a deal on a new car at toyota but were lied to THREE times and the Finance manager was VERY rude to me at that point i really didn't want to deal with them anymore! We went back over to Ford to look again! This time Mike Culmo approached us, he was respectful, honest, relaxed and friendly. I SWEAR i felt like he was more like a tour guide then a salesman. Of course he asked the standard question, but it was pushy or annoying! I couldn't make up my mind, took us out for a drive to "feel her out", even after that i wasn't 100% sure he was respectful and kind. Shook our hands and told us he was here if we had any questions or made an decisions. Based on our conversations with him we knew he was a man of integrity! After prayer and much thought we decided we were in! Listen my credit SUCKS, we filed BK at the begining of the year we still got a ROCKING deal. Mike Culmo never left our side, he was there for the whole process. When all was said and done, we didn't have the title to our trade in with us and our new car was in detail.... Mike said to us, "I don't mind driving you guys home to pick it up if you'd like to get out of here for a bit." What I haven't told you guys is that we had our 4 year old daughter with us who was ready to get out of there. She had played on the playgroup, at the free popcorn and they even offered to charge my ipad because it was just about to die! - I will go back any day of the year to deal with Mike Culmo, he was totally ROCK solid. The after sale contact is where almost all sales people fail, he has been excellent about contacting me and answering my questions as they come up. When I returned to the dealership for my equipment out of the old truck the guys in service where polite and helpful as well. If I didn't live 30 miles away i'd have all my service done there. More

I went in knowing what I wanted and I expected to be coerced into something else. Every time I've ever gone car shopping, the sales people spend more time trying to talk me into something I don't want r coerced into something else. Every time I've ever gone car shopping, the sales people spend more time trying to talk me into something I don't want rather than listening to what I do want. Not the case here, there was no haggling back and worth. I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made it happen. They were friendly and very accommodating to all of my needs. I didn't sit there for hours wondering what was happening or if it even would. They made sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted without me having to repeat myself. Amazing service and friendliness and they had an amazing selection so I had choices. I would recommend them to everyone. More
