I was also told a cv boot was leaking and should be replaced as soon as possible and that I should call the dealer on Friday to see if the part was in. I will call the first chance I get but I would think the Ford Dealer would have offered to call me when the part was in stock or arranged a time for me to come back when the part would be in stock. You shouldn't be letting me leave the dealership without the problem being handled. I would feel like Ford Motor Co.(That's you) is taking responsibility for the problem and wants me to be as happy today with Ford as the day I bought the car. That would be World Class Service. And I wouldn't have the chance to go to other Dealership who has the part and start a new relationship. I bought the car, I bought the mtce. agreement, I brought the car in for the 50,000 check.
