I didn't have the cash to purchase this time but will be coming back soon to get that taken care or. The ford staff is a well oiled efficiant machine, everyone is always frendly and nice. I have to say Dan was very friendly and followed up like I never thought a salesman would!! It took a week, but dan and the finance manager finally got to where I could drive off in my new Fusion!! The manager Bernard was the best, he helped me out in my trade in like I never thought anyone would!! This dealership obviously CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOEMRS!!! I will never shop for a car anywhere else!!! I recommend Dan and Bernard to anyone looking for a car at an honest deal!!! Thanks Dan and Brandon Ford!!! More

We walked into this dealership feeling down and not really wanting to purchase based on our prior experience with a dealership the past week. We drove down from Ocala Thursday night. Had the car we wanted researched, what to pay, what ours was worth (or what we thought it was worth). The MOMENT we stepped on the lot Lloyd came over. I don't think we stopped laughing at all until we drove out. We bought the Fusion and have loved it since. Lloyd, Tommy, and Bob made our experience buying a Ford (first Ford we have ever bought) the most fun and enjoyable one we have ever had (and we have had many). We didn't get there until late (8) and they stayed until after 10 to ensure we knew things about the car and I was all logged into the Sync site. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. The trip down from Ocala was well worth it and I can assure you that our next vehicle will be from Brandon Ford and we will recommend you to everyone. More
