We chose to go to Brandan Ford due to the largest selection of pre-owned Ford Explorers we found online. Michael Culmo was our salesperson and he was awesome. We brought my father-in-law with us who is a mechanic and Michael made it possible for him to look at the car up on the lift. He was able to work within our budget and really listened and seemed to care about our experience and choice. There was a time when we almost decided to leave just simply due to nerves but because Michael was so friendly and persistent yet not over that line where one feels pressured, we followed through. The following day after purchasing our vehicle, Michael followed up with my husband and even helped him out with some technical questions. Michael Culmo is definately a very caring and compassionate salesman which is definately not what we expected from a cars salesman. Between 2010 and April 2013 my family and I walked the lot with Kevin several times. We wanted a second vehicle but weren't quite ready yet. Any time we stopped by the dealership to check out inventory was like catching up with an old friend. Last month we traded in our 2010 Explorer and purchased two new vehicles. We walked in, told Kevin what we had decided we wanted in terms of, payments, gas mileage and room. Kevin treated my husband and myself as equals and individuals in regards to what we wanted for our new cars. Him and my husband found a 2013 Fiesta for our commuter vehicle, and Kevin and I found a 2013 Fusion for our family vehicle. Though the process was lengthy it was not stressful at all.
