We purchased a new Ford last weekend from Brandon Ford and this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have purchased many new cars from other dealers in the past, but nothing ha and this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. He greeted us immediately when we arrived at the dealership and located exactly what we wanted. During the test drive and throughout our time in his office later, there were none of the "games" that we have come to expect at other dealerships. Tommy was very careful to be sure we had just what we were looking for, and was then very straightforward in coming to a final price and a trade-in value for our vehicle. Until now, we did not believe car-buying could be a positive experience throughout. We are still shocked at how different it is to buy a new vehicle from Brandon Ford than anywhere else we've been. And we're telling everyone we know why we drove to Brandon, past several other Ford Dealers. And we would definitely do so again. Tommy Shelly is so genuine and so great to work with. Unlike any other previous experiences elsewhere, Tommy stayed with us nearly two hours past closing time, even waiting until we finished in the finance office to walk us to our new car and go over details like helping us program Sync.
