Our vehicle is a 2013 Ford Explorer. My water would not come out of the washer/wipers to clean windows. Asked husband to fill, he indicated it was full. So called Brandon Ford. Got me in next day. Service representative was very help getting my cars serviced in a timely manner even when I did not schedule one of them to be serviced that same day as the other car was serviced. I had a tire that wo serviced in a timely manner even when I did not schedule one of them to be serviced that same day as the other car was serviced. I had a tire that would leak down a few lbs. of air each week. They could not find the leak, but they removed the tire and sealed the tire anyway. Job well done. Thank you, Gary More

When the vehicle was first purchased Lou Park was very helpful in finding a vehicle to suit our needs. He was very friendly, outstanding salesmanship. He constantly kept us informed on what was going on. He did everything within his power to help us purchase the truck and he succeeded. Channing Roberson was the Finance Manager that got us financed. He got us a great rate and an affordable note. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Everyone we dealt with at Brandon Ford went out of their way to make us feel welcome, sell us the truck we wanted and made it affordable. They provided the best customer service we have ever experienced and while we have always been a Nissan family, our experience with Brandon Ford has now made us a Ford family and a fan of Brandon Ford.
